Introduction:-
Human Sperm is a dark like flagellate structure of 60 micrometre length and maximum breadth of 3.5 micrometre , .It has four parts – head , neck , middle piece and tail.Head has two components , acrosome and nucleus.Cytoplasm is nearly absent.Neck has two centrioles , middle piece contain mitochondria ,tail is a narrow vibratile long part about 50 micrometre in length ,with two regions main and end piece.
